グルカとう名前は19世紀の旧英国領インド軍のグルカ兵が履いていたサンダルに由来しています。素足は勿論、靴下と合わせたコーディネートも。

The name is derived from the sandals worn by the Gurkha soldiers of the former British Indian Army in the 19th century.
